Massive Mobility is a start-up that leverages on the power of technology to create electric mobility ecosystem in India.
We are designing innovative products for the EV industry - think fast charging stations, non-hackable electric vehicles and so on - and are looking for enthusiastic people to join us.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage end-to-end customer interaction and order fulfillment
- Ensure smooth customer journey by identifying customer’s needs, clarifying information, providing timely solutions/alternatives, and gathering feedback
- Record all user interactions and operations/service updates in dashboard / Google sheets & CRM systems
- Coordinate with various business partners over call / WhatsApp, and ensure timely operations
- Assess operations flow and suggest improvements in SOPs for enhancing efficiency
- Collaborate with other team members, contribute to team training and development
**Requirements**:
- Strong verbal & written communication skills (English & Hindi)
- Prior experience in customer service/operations support
- Comfortable with Excel and online reporting tools
- Responsible and dedicated to customer service
- Motivation to learn in a growing start-up environment, and take up additional responsibilities
