**Executive Operations****:
Currently we are looking to hire an Executive
- Operations. He/she will be responsible to provide end to end support to the senior management.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the senior management.
- Performs administrative tasks reports, record keeping and other documents.
- Draft, review and implement school wide policies & processes.
- Organize and maintain the office filing system
- Logistical support to the school wide operations

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Excellent written, verbal communication and drafting skills
- Should be very efficient and possess excellent Time-management skills
- Ability to pay attention to detail
- Methodical and strong Organization skills
- Ability to multitask
- Basic understanding of frequently used computer software and programs, such as Microsoft Office especially MS Excel
- Strong Interpersonal skills

**Education and Experience**:

- Graduate/Postgraduate from a reputed institution
