We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our dynamic team as an Operations Executive.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Execute and Monitor day-to-day Sales operations tasks, including processing transactions, managing data, and maintaining records.

2.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the implementation of operational strategies and initiatives.

3.Monitor and analyze operational processes to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.

4.Fundamental understanding of sales, encompassing lead generation and outreach through LinkedIn.

5.Assist in the development and documentation of operational guidelines and standard operating procedures.

6.Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

7.Stay updated with industry trends and changes in regulations to ensure operational compliance.

8.Examine the digital marketing task.

9.Contribute to the overall operational efficiency and effectiveness of the organization.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Previous experience in operations, preferably in the fintech or financial services industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks.
- Proficient in using operational tools, software, and systems.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and industry best practices.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
