About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and energetic Trainer to support our Learning &
training programs, facilitating employee induction, and ensuring smooth training
operations. This role will focus on the effective delivery of training sessions and
continuous learning support for employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct employee induction programs to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Execute and deliver training sessions for employees across various
departments.
- Assist in identifying training needs and support content creation.
- Coordinate with senior trainers and stakeholders to implement training programs.
- Maintain and update training materials, schedules, and records.
- Gather feedback from trainees and improve training effectiveness.
- Support the management of LMS (Learning Management System) and
training logistics.
- Stay updated with training tools, methodologies, and best practices.
Key Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in training, facilitation, or L&D.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to deliver engaging and interactive training sessions.
- Basic experience with LMS platforms and e-learning tools.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Passion for employee development and upskilling.
- Certification in Training & Development (preferred but not mandatory).
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
