Financial Analytics Trainer

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver training modules on financial analytics, including financial statements, ratio analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
Teach tools and software such as Excel (advanced), Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python (financial packages), R, or any ERP financial modules.
Design hands-on case studies, simulations, and projects for practical learning.
Evaluate learner progress and provide feedback to help improve their understanding.
Stay updated with the latest industry practices in finance and analytics.
Customize training as per corporate or academic audience needs.
Support the development of course materials, assessments, and online content.
Collaborate with curriculum developers, SMEs, and other trainers as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in financial analysis and data-driven decision-making.
Proficiency in tools such as MS Excel (Power Query, PivotTables, VBA), Power BI, SQL, Python/R.
Knowledge of financial modeling, KPIs, dashboards, and forecasting techniques.
Prior experience in teaching/training or conducting corporate workshops is preferred.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Certifications:
CFA / FRM / CPA (optional but preferred)
Certified Financial Analyst or Analytics-related certifications
Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate (optional)
