**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the first point of contact for student inquiries and concerns.
- Provide detailed guidance on course offerings, study plans, faculty, schedules, and institute policies.
- Counsel students on academic and personal challenges, offering motivation and emotional support.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and enrolled students to ensure engagement and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with faculty and administrative teams to coordinate student-related activities and feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions, follow-ups, and student feedback.
- Assist the admissions team by handling walk-ins, inquiries, and supporting in course enrollment conversions.
- Organize and conduct motivational sessions or check-ins to maintain student morale.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Psychology, Education, or related fields preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the local language.
- Strong interpersonal and empathetic skills, with a genuine interest in student success.
- Ability to manage stress, multitask, and maintain professionalism in a student-facing role

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
