**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Welcome and assist patients in the OPD area
- Coordinate patient registration, history collection, and appointment scheduling
- Support the doctor during eye check-ups and OPD procedures
- Maintain patient records, reports, and follow-up data
- Guide patients regarding medications, investigations, and next visits
- Ensure cleanliness and orderliness in the OPD area
- Manage basic instruments and equipment required for OPD use

**Required Skills**:

- Basic understanding of outpatient processes in a clinic/hospital
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Polite, organized, and patient-focused approach
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry)
- Willingness to learn ophthalmic terms and tools

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,086.00 - ₹25,247.57 per month

**Benefits**:
