**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Patient Interaction**:

- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a polite and professional manner.
- Provide information regarding services, procedures, and departmental policies.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries related to appointments, services, and general hospital information.
- **Appointment Management**:

- Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments using the hospital's electronic health record (EHR) system.
- Confirm patient appointments and send reminders as needed.
- Maintain an organized appointment calendar to optimize physician schedules.
- **Patient Registration**:

- Collect and verify patient information, including insurance details and medical history.
- Ensure accurate data entry into the hospital’s EHR system.
- Assist patients with the completion of necessary forms and documentation.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Prepare and maintain patient files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Assist with billing inquiries and coordinate with the billing department as necessary.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with healthcare providers, nursing staff, and other departments to facilitate patient care.
- Assist in coordinating patient flow and ensuring timely service delivery.
- **Miscellaneous Duties**:

- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Participate in training sessions and staff meetings as required.

**Qualifications**:
Graduation in any Field having experience of handling reception
- **Skills **:_Customer Service Experience, Data Entry, Microsoft._
- **Qualification**:_ _B. Com _
- **Experience**:_ _Minimum 0- 2 yrs of experience. _

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
