As we grow, we are looking for an experienced and strategic **Chief Financial Officer (CFO)** to lead our finance function and contribute to the company’s long-term success.

**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Manage accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and overall financial health.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory and tax regulations.
- Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks.
- Support strategic business decisions with financial insights.
- Lead and mentor the finance team to maintain a high-performance culture.
- Collaborate with external auditors, investors, and stakeholders.
- Evaluate investment opportunities and cost-saving initiatives.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- CA, CPA, or MBA in Finance or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
- Proven experience in budgeting, financial modeling, and risk management.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficient in financial software and ERP systems.
- Experience in the fire and safety industry or similar service-based industry (preferred).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
