Purchase & Store Executive

**_Role: _**
The Executive will beresponsible to ensure and organize the materials as per project wise TPL for production well in time coordinating with suppliers / Job Work Vendors and ensures inter department material requirements for production and maintenance activities are fulfilled.
**_Responsibilities: _**
- Responsible for accounting all issues based on MRS in ERP project basis.
- Responsible for Implementation Of 5S in stores.
- Responsible for Monthly Physical stock verification and reporting.
- Responsible for Generation of Stock statement and deviation measurement wrt physical stock.
- Ensure Co ordination with Quality Dept on incoming material and in process deviations.
- Maintaining ISO Documents up to date.
- Organizing Bought out components as per the requirement.
- Responsible for implementation of FIFO & Kanban.
- Effective utilization of Work Force.
- Responsible for packing and issuing hardware’s and component to dispatch department as per TPL on Delivery Schedule Day to Day basis.
**_Pre-requisites: _**
- Degree / Diploma
- Computer knowledge with good reporting skills.
- Knowledge in procurement and store activities.
- Must handle confidential matters with appropriate discretion.
- Must have basic knowledge to understand the drawings
- Proactive nature to take up new responsibilities.
- Knowledge of SAP/ERP/Microsoft navigation process.
**_Other Tasks: _**
- Strictly follow the timelines of projects as per requirement.
- Responsible for JIT implementation.
- Responsible for good communications & co ordination with all depts.
- Must be flexible in working hours in case of requirement.
- Any other task which is required by management.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Hejjala Circle, Hejjala Post, Bidadi Post,, Bidar, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**:
