Maintenance Engineer Location Bidadi Karnataka Who we are At GO DESi our mission is to make DESi POP ular We are a packaged food brand making regional DESi products relevant and accessible to customers while ensuring quality and authenticity Today the bulk of our products operate in the Impulse category Our best seller is DESi POPz we sell more than 90 lakh POPz monthly Our other categories include DESi Meetha DESi Mints and DESi Bytes We have an integrated backend i e we own the entire supply chain from sourcing to manufacturing GO DESi aims to be a sustainable brand with the larger purpose of becoming a beacon for non-zero-sum capitalism where all stakeholders win Check out more about us Follow the link below https bit ly 4dWXm7r Brief We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Maintenance Engineer to ensure equipment reliability by executing preventive maintenance addressing breakdowns and performing repairs Responsibilities include daily inspections managing spare parts inventory documenting activities coordinating maintenance needs analyzing performance data and supporting new installations or process improvements Job Responsibilities Supervise maintenance personnel and establish priorities in maintenance schedules Maintain manufacturing assets and facilities manage parts inventory monitor purchase orders and create monthly expenditure budgets Provide direction priorities training and continuous development for maintenance personnel Drive Maintenance and Reliability initiatives focused on preventive and predictive maintenance Coordinate work with outside inspections manage projects ensure personnel safety and handle other duties as required Manage and establish maintenance procedures for production lines in a food manufacturing environment to exceed production targets Develop and maintain associate safety standards Conduct training sessions develop training modules and provide one-on-one development for supervisors and operators Publish reports such as MTTR MTBF RCA maintenance reports maintenance costs PM calendars and safety incident reports Requirements Bachelor s degree in Engineering Excellent technical knowledge of equipment and processes Strong understanding and experience in both mechanical and electrical systems Hands-on experience in maintenance and repair tasks Excellent communication skills Kannada English and Hindi preferably Proficient computer skills including spreadsheets and data processing Why you should join GO DESi At GO DESi we are growing exponentially and discovering new problems and creative solutions daily We like to solve problems take initiative pitch in when needed and are always up for trying new things and experimenting That s why we seek out colleagues who embody our values Here you own your work right from day one You can grow enormously if you are a self-learner and embrace challenges
