Maintenance Electrician

**Electrician role and responsibilities**:

- Attend breakdowns, identify fault and problem solve with mínimal downtime.
- Carry out diagnosis of faults, the maintenance and repairs to all types of plant and equipment in a safe, timely and professional manner.
- Identify and escalate any activity that has the potential to cause harm or damage
- Report breakdown root causes, equipment faults and concerns to management
- Ensure all work is undertaken to a high-quality standard and adheres to all quality standard regulations
- Ensure company targets are met in respect of quality of products.
- Assist in the development of preventative maintenance (PM) schedules
- Carry out PM schedules as necessary and planned work orders as required and provide feedback to develop the system
- Assist with the moving, installation, repositioning of machines and equipment
- Log completion of work on all required maintenance reports and checklist

**Qualifications and experience**:

- ITI or Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- 1-2 years of experience as Electrician
- Excellent technical knowledge of Control Panel, DG, Electrical wiring
- Very good knowledge of both Mechanical and electrical
- Experience in food industry will be added advantage.

**Daily activities of the Technician**
- Daily inspections of equipment for potential issues, checking of leaks, wear & tear
- Attend breakdown of the daily issues, with mínimal time
- Maintaining all the tools and equipment
- Adjusting equipment setting and record the settings.
- Improvement in the factory infrastructure including plumbing, civil as per the requirements.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
