**Role Overview**:
We are looking for **dynamic and self-driven Field Sales Executives** to drive on-ground client acquisition and property onboarding for advertising purposes.
You’ll engage with homeowners and partners, promoting our **house/villa advertising model** and ensuring smooth onboarding.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation & Prospecting**
- Identify potential house/villa owners for advertising partnerships.
- Conduct 8-10 field meetings daily.
- **Client Onboarding & Sales Closure**
- Explain benefits and the overall earning model.
- Collect onboarding fees from each property.
- Achieve monthly onboarding targets.
- **Relationship Management**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners.
- Ensure transparent communication on campaigns and processes.
- **Documentation & Reporting**
- Maintain daily reports, CRM entries, and collection records.
- **Field Operations**
- Conduct territory mapping and identify premium advertising locations.
- **Education**: Graduate or Diploma holder (any stream)
- **Experience**: 1-3 years in Field Sales, Real Estate, FMCG, Advertising, or B2C Marketing

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Confident and persuasive in client-facing roles
- Local area knowledge & fluency in regional language
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

**Personal Attributes**:

- Self-motivated and result-oriented
- Comfortable with extensive fieldwork
- Positive attitude with an ownership mindset

**Performance Metrics**:

- Daily Meetings: 8-10 per day
- Monthly Onboardings: 50 houses/villas
- Territory Coverage: 100% of assigned area
