**Job Summary**:
We are hiring motivated and target-driven **Field Sales Executives** to lead the promotion and sales of **Electric Commercial Vehicles and Passenger Autos** (3-Wheelers). In this role, you will be at the forefront of the EV revolution, helping businesses make the shift from fuel-based to electric transportation. Your primary responsibility will be to generate leads, close sales, and manage customer relationships for long-term success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive EV sales growth.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure retention and repeat business.
- Promote EV solutions through on-ground field activities and visits.
- Provide product demonstrations, address queries, and resolve customer issues professionally.
- Maintain accurate sales records, manage CRM updates, and provide regular sales forecasting.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field (preferred).
- **2-3 years of field sales experience**, preferably in **automotive or EV industry**.
- **Experience in selling 3-wheeler electric vehicles** is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of the EV landscape, market dynamics, and customer segments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with regular field travel and on-ground sales engagement.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.

Pay: ₹360,000.00 per year
