Location: Panipat
As a Sales Representative, you will be instrumental in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth. Your responsibilities will include:
**Prospecting and Lead Generation**:
Identifying and qualifying potential customers through cold calling, networking, online research, referrals, and industry events.
Developing and implementing lead generation strategies to build a robust sales pipeline.
**Needs Analysis and Discovery**:
- Understanding customer needs, pain points, and challenges through effective questioning and active listening.
- Conducting thorough needs assessments to determine how our products/services meet customer requirements.
**Product/Service Knowledge**:
- Staying updated on product updates, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
**Sales Presentations and Demonstrations**:
- Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Tailoring presentations to address specific customer needs and highlight value propositions.
**Objection Handling and Negotiation**:
- Addressing customer concerns, objections, and pushback professionally and persuasively.
- Negotiating pricing, terms, and conditions to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
**Closing Deals**:
- Guiding customers through the sales process and effectively closing deals.
- Asking for the sale at the appropriate time and handling final objections.
**Relationship Building and Customer Management**:
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to foster long-term loyalty and repeat business.
- Providing excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process and beyond.
- Managing customer accounts and ensuring satisfaction.
**Sales Pipeline Management and Forecasting**:
- Managing the sales pipeline, tracking leads, and forecasting sales revenue.
- Using CRM systems to manage customer interactions, track progress, and generate reports.
**Sales Administration and Reporting**:
- Completing sales reports, tracking sales metrics, and analyzing sales data.
- Attending sales meetings and contributing to sales strategy discussions.
**Continuous Learning and Development**:
- Staying updated with industry trends, new sales techniques, and product knowledge.
- Seeking feedback and coaching to improve sales performance.
**Eligibility Criteria**:
- 2-3 years of sales experience.
- Marketing degree (MBA in Marketing preferred).
- Printing and packaging industry background (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong customer handling skills.
**Note**:
This is a field sales role focused on prospecting, closing sales, and building customer relationships within the manufacturing sector, not a telecalling position.
