**Job TITLE : CUSTOMER SUPPORT / SALES REPRESENTATIVE**

We are providing packaging material to various têxtiles export unit for their customers like TARGET, SEARS, LOW’S, WALLMART ETC
- Handling and ensuring customer database in safe condition.
- Dealing with sales queries and ensure the customer gets proper feedback until the loop/WORK ORDER closes
- Working closely with the costing team to prepare the quote and match the price at its best beneficial for both customer and the company.
- Follow up on orders from sales team until the material is delivered to customer.
- Update the ERP system on order tracking and provide necessary reports to management.
- Weekly and monthly reports generation from ERP and present to management on sales turn over.
- Keep tracking the shipments and orders and provide input to the production and marketing manager.
- Follow-up with the sales director and management for any approvals.
- Finally ensure 100% OTD by keep motivating the team and providing prior information by foreseeing the challenges.

Eligibility criteria:

- Minimum 2-3 years experience.
- Any Marketing degree (MBA in Marketing, etc.)
- Printing and marketing background (preferred)
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Customer handling skill

**Note**:
**As this is the Manufacturing sector, this role will not be as tele calling. In this role, you will be learning operations, logistics,**and **dispatch**. This role will give you a career growth.
