**Key Responsibilities**:

- Counsel prospective students and their families about all programs offered, including Fashion Design, Interior Design, and management courses.
- Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, and online queries efficiently.
- Provide guidance on program selection, eligibility criteria, career opportunities, and the benefits of joining NIF Global.
- Conduct presentations and informational sessions for students and parents.
- Maintain a database of leads and follow up to convert inquiries into admissions.
- Collaborate with the marketing and admissions team to implement effective student recruitment strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments in fashion, interior design, and management education.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 3-5 years of counselling experience in the education sector, preferably in design or management institutions.
- **Languages**: Fluent in English and Hindi.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Expertise in delivering impactful presentations.
- Ability to establish rapport with students and parents.
- Proven ability to convert inquiries into successful admissions.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
