**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive research on potential customers, industry trends, and competitors to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on market
dynamics.
- Utilize various research methods, tools, and databases to gather relevant information and compile detailed reports on prospective clients, their needs, and pain points.
- Support the team to generate high-quality leads by identifying key decision-makers within potential client organizations and initiating contact through various channels.
- Qualify leads by evaluating their potential fit with our products and services, assessing their level of interest, and scheduling appointments for the sales team.
- Continuously update and maintain the accuracy of customer and lead databases, ensuring all relevant information is captured and documented.
- Monitor and track sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback to provide insights and recommendations for sales process improvements.
- Support the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and sales materials by providing relevant research findings and market data.
- Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging technologies, and competitors' activities to make informed recommendations and contribute to our competitive edge.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share knowledge, leverage insights, and contribute to the achievement of sales targets and overall organizational goals.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in market research, lead generation, or a sales support role is an advantage.
- Knowledge of the IT industry and familiarity with software products and services is imperative.
- Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to gather, evaluate, and synthesize data from various sources.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Proficiency in using research tools, databases, and online resources to gather information and conduct market analysis.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 - ₹6,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
