As an Associate, Investment Fee Specialist within the Asset Management Division, you will work in a collaborative team environment and across multifunctional teams, performing customized calculations and analysis of client fees and revenue for the Division.

**Responsibilities**:

- _ Perform detailed analysis and resolve complex fee calculation issues by understanding performance attributes, portfolio returns, benchmark indices, market values, and cash flow data._
- _ Maintain knowledge of Investment Management fee terms and structures for each account to articulate calculations concisely with Investor Specialists and Client Service Managers, obtaining approvals to finalize fee calculations._
- _ Manage the IM (Investment Management) fee client account workflow from onboarding, fee calculation, analysis, review, and invoice distribution._
- _ Identify automated fee calculation structures and develop UTs for manual calculation structures as required._
- _ Develop relationships with Client Service Managers and key offshore stakeholders to align with Fee Operations._
- _ Interpret fee agreement language and understand requirements before calculating an invoice._
- _ Develop and maintain a risk and control framework for performance fee calculations and required UTs._
- _ Identify automation opportunities and contribute to technology builds to create an industrialized support model for management fees._
- _ Learn, manage, and take ownership of other areas of asset management fee types, analysis, calculations, and team functions as a member of the team._

**_Required qualifications, skills and capabilities:_**
- _ 7 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Operations or similar work experience _
- _Financial Services Industry knowledge including investment products, mutual funds, and regulatory rules _
- _Bachelor’s Degree required with advanced degree(s) (MBA, CFA, or CPA) _
- _Strong Analytical acumen and Data Mining Skills_
- _ Experience with fee agreement interpretation and performance fee structures._
- _ Results oriented with an attention to details, controls, and thrives on challenges _
