**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote travel packages, offers, and services.
- Generate leads by identifying and contacting prospective clients.
- Provide detailed information about travel products, packages, and itineraries to customers.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and objections professionally.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in CRM software.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Telemarketing Executive or in a similar role (preferably in the travel industry).
- Strong communication and persuasive skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for sales.
- Ability to handle rejection and work in a target-driven environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
