We are a leading manufacturing company specializing in high-quality (Ropes and Tiles) with a commitment to innovation, sustainability, and customer satisfaction. We are looking for a dedicated and driven E-Commerce Executive to join our growing team and manage our online sales channels.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **E-Commerce Strategy & Management**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies to increase online sales and drive growth.
- Oversee the daily operations of the company’s e-commerce platforms (e.g., website, Amazon, eBay, etc.).
- **Product Listings & Content Management**:

- Manage product listings, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, and high-quality images.
- **Sales Performance & Reporting**:

- Track and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) such as traffic, conversion rates, revenue, and customer acquisition costs.
- Prepare regular reports and provide actionable insights to senior management for performance improvements.
- **Inventory & Order Management**:

- Work closely with the inventory and operations teams to ensure seamless stock management and order fulfillment.
- **Customer Engagement & Support**:

- Ensure prompt and effective responses to customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints on e-commerce platforms.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably in the manufacturing or retail sector.
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, etc.) and digital marketing strategies.
- Proficient in data analysis, Google Analytics, and e-commerce analytics tools.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in SEO, paid search, and social media marketing is a plus.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
