We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused **Customer Relation Executive (CRE)** to join our team at **Simple Energy** - a leader in electric mobility. As a CRE, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, managing customer interactions, and ensuring a smooth post-sales journey.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Welcome and assist walk-in customers at the showroom.
- Explain product features, specifications, and benefits of Simple Energy two-wheelers.
- Handle test ride scheduling and customer feedback.
- Follow up with leads and ensure timely communication for queries and updates.
- Manage customer documentation and support in delivery coordination.
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns professionally and effectively.
- Coordinate with the service and delivery team for seamless customer experience.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM software regularly.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree preferred (Any discipline).
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or automotive industry preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Tamil and basic English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
- Passion for electric vehicles and sustainable mobility.
- Customer-centric approach and problem-solving skills.
