**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Telemarketing Executive to join our team. The role involves reaching out to potential customers via phone calls to promote products/services, generate leads, and support the sales team in achieving business targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products/services.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate information.
- Generate, qualify, and nurture leads for the sales team.
- Maintain and update customer databases (CRM/Excel).
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
- Handle customer queries politely and professionally.
- Follow up on leads and ensure timely closures.
- Provide feedback on customer responses and market trends.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (any specialization).
- 0-2 years of experience in telemarketing/inside sales/customer service (freshers can also apply).
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills.
- Fluency in [English/Regional Language as per requirement].
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
- Positive attitude, resilience, and ability to handle rejections.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good listening skills and patience with customers.
