**About the Role**

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Academic Advisor to join our post-sales team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our learners after they have enrolled in a course. **Your main responsibilities will be to ensure a smooth and successful learning journey for each student, provide guidance on their academic progress, and proactively work on student retention.** This position is perfect for someone with a strong customer service background and a knack for building long-term relationships.

**Responsibilities**
- Serve as the main point of contact for students post-enrollment, addressing their academic and technical queries.
- Proactively reach out to students to check on their progress, provide motivation, and help them overcome any challenges they face.
- Monitor student engagement and performance to identify at-risk learners and implement retention strategies.
- **Upsell and cross-sell additional courses, certifications, or services to existing learners based on their academic and career goals.**:

- Collect and analyze student feedback to help improve course content and the overall learning experience.
- Work closely with the admissions and faculty teams to resolve student issues promptly and effectively.
- Maintain detailed records of all student interactions and progress in the CRM system.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive community for all our learners.

**About You**
- **You hold a Master's degree in a relevant field (MBA, MA, MCA, M.Tech).**:

- **You have a minimum of 6 months of mandatory experience in a customer service role with a focus on upselling and retention.**:

- You possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- You have a strong ability to build rapport and trust with students from diverse backgrounds.
- You are highly organized, proactive, and have a problem-solving mindset.
- You are comfortable with meeting targets for retention and upselling.
- You are proficient in using CRM software.
- You are based in Bangalore and can commute to our MG Road office.

Pay: ₹19,888.40 - ₹40,000.47 per month
