**Job Overview**:
The Brand Strategist will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that enhance our brand's visibility, value, and recognition in the market.As a Social Media strategist, you will develop and execute effective social media strategies to achieve our marketing and business goals. You will work closely with the marketing team to create engaging and relevant content, analyze performance metrics, and stay up-to-date with industry trends to ensure our social media presence remains impactful and competitive.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Strategy Development**: Develop comprehensive social media strategies aligned with our marketing objectives and target audience.
**Content Creation**: Create and curate high-quality, engaging, and visually appealing content for various social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and graphics.
**Content Calendar**: Maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent posting schedule and thematic alignment with campaigns and events.
**Analytics and Reporting**: Monitor and analyze social media performance using key metrics and tools to refine strategies and track progress towards goals.
**Compliance**: Ensure all social media activities adhere to relevant guidelines, including privacy regulations and ethical standards.
**Brand Development**: Define and refine the brand's core identity, including mission, values, and personality, and ensure it aligns with the company's goals and vision.
**Market Research**: Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify opportunities and threats in the market.
**Brand Positioning**: Develop and implement strategies to position our brand effectively within the industry, considering target audience demographics and preferences.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
- Proven experience as a Brand & social media Strategist or in a similar brand-related role.
- Strong understanding of branding principles, market trends, and consumer behaviour.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and brand performance metrics.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
- Up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in branding.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
