**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the main point of contact for guests during their stay, ensuring their needs and preferences are met promptly and professionally.
- Welcome guests upon arrival, assist with check-in and check-out procedures, and provide information about hotel amenities and services.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns, addressing them with a positive attitude and problem-solving approach.
- Coordinate with various hotel departments, including housekeeping, reservations, and concierge, to fulfill guest requests and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Proactively anticipate guest needs and provide personalized recommendations and services to enhance their experience.
- Monitor guest feedback and reviews, taking necessary actions to address issues and maintain high guest satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, preferences, and special requests.
- Promote hotel services and amenities to guests, including upselling relevant offerings.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to contribute to guest loyalty and repeat business.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a guest services, client services, or front office role within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle guest concerns with professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks while prioritizing guest needs.
- Familiarity with hotel operations, services, and local attractions.
- Proficiency in using hotel property management systems (PMS) and other relevant software.
