We are looking for a Sales and Service Executive to manage the regional Sales and Service activities.
**Job description***
- Outstanding communication skills, with great convincing gestures.
- Analyze business processes and provide solutions
- Gather customer requirements and conduct a gap analysis.
- Provide onsite training and support when required.
- Responsible for achieving the sales target and improving the market share.
- Executing business strategy and concepts.
- Making accurate, rapid cost calculations, and providing customers with quotations.
- Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Ability to handle corporate presentations, documents, proposals, and taking care of expectations of the clients
- Responsible for tracking customer information, forecasts, and reports.
- Develop and maintain prospect and customer lists based on strategic marketing data and other sources for sales leads in our CRM system.
- **Strong communication skills** are accompanied by excellent listening skills and patience to have smooth interactions with customers on call.
- Hindi and English Communication Skills are mandatory apart from the above language.
- Knowledge of sales principles and practices.
- A strong sense of professionalism and discretion is required.
- Be familiar and should have a working knowledge of excel, word.
- Min 1 Year of experience in sales-related activities
