**Key Role and Responsibilities**:
**Tender/Documentation -**
- Keep a track of upcoming tenders on all tender e-portals on a daily basis.
- Preparing tender documents, and end-to-end tender submission online/offline.
- Fill up technical and commercial information in the tender documents.
- Online and offline Government tender e-filing.
- Handling online tender auctions.
- Follow up with clients for tender queries/EMD’s/rejections.
- Online and offline Vendor Registration.
- Online submission of quotations.
- Prepare documentation with respect to ongoing and upcoming projects
- Bid Preparation with customer coordination and follow-up with the respective client depts to ensure seamless document submission including shortfall submission if any. Tracking Bid Status, Updating MIS and Create Pivot Tables, providing summaries to customers Vendor Registration for Limited tenders Providing Support to customers for pre-bid/post bid meetings.
- Maintaining Customer relationships with existing/ new clients. Update delivery Position on GeM Portal, SAP, client specific portal etc.
- Responsible for creating proposals in response to customer Tenders, RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs.
- Responsible for ensuring that the proposal is compliant with all applicable regulations.

**Sales Coordination/Proposals -**
- Coordination with the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, understanding and preparation of quotations and proposals, and communicating relevant information.
- Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements.
- Monitoring internal CRM systems on a daily basis.
- Identifying new business opportunities for submitting tender documents catering to domestic and international regions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 3-5 years of experience in proposal/sales/estimation engineering or a similar role
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
