
Office Administrative Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and attend to incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Word and Excel**.
- Coordinate with clients and vendors when required.
- Maintain organized digital and physical records.
- Assist with preparing and submitting tender documents (basic tender knowledge preferred).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work efficiently.
- Basic understanding of tender processes is an advantage.
- A positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
