**Real estate Leasing Coordinator ( Diversity Role)**

This position will work as **Real estate** (**leasing/sale/purchase**) **coordinator** where He/she will **handle complete process of transaction** activity in terms of **identification sites for Sale**/**Purchase/leasing** and **disposal **sites.

Additionally, he/she will also work as function coordinator (Infrastructure & Sustainability).

**Role & responsibilities**
- Managing **group real estate inventory** and manage sale/purchase/ leasing of same.
- **Identify and Develop roadmap for real estate transaction** in close coordination with all group companies.
- Work with **IPCs** for new requirement basis business needs.
- Carry out required **due-diligence of new sites **and maintain a pool of same for ready reference of businesses.
- **Identification & Co-ordination** with **vendors, stakeholders** across functions to drive deliverables.
- Review deliverables and maintain records for respective transaction and other works associated with it.
- Work as coordinator between various function of Infrastructure and sustainability department for various needs and **reports** needs to be **published** on **monthly/weekly** basis.
- Report and escalate to upper management as and when needed and important.
- **Record** and **update internal and external documentations** as required and maintain records.
- Plan, design and perform standardized procedures and templates in co-ordination with various functions for RE.

**People Management**:

- **Day to day co-ordination** with **cross function stakeholder** and **external parties **to ensure zero delays in expected timelines..

- **Data management**
- **3-6 Years of Experience in real estate leasing**, from **good IPC firm** or **real estate firm**.
- Should understand basics of **identifying new sites, due diligence of various types, project report making etc.**
- **Excellent organizational, presentation and interpersonal ski**lls.
- Good communication, grooming, and time management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to motivate and maintain effective working relationships with employees and leaders
- Ability to coordinate and/or supervise external agencies/ contractors.
- Ability to travel if and as required

Pay: ₹13,231.89 - ₹84,206.67 per month
