You will be responsible for providing global travel support in a fast-paced consultancy environment. This position requires a basic understanding of the travel industry.
- Reporting: You will report to the Business Operations Head

Key Responsibilities:

- Making cost-effective travel arrangements for employees
- Handling enquiries, bookings, documentation, complaints, etc.
- Preparing itineraries for business travel in conjunction with the traveller
- Recordkeeping and day-to-day management of the travel expenses of the traveller
- Ensuring audits of travel expenditures on a monthly basis
- Helping Prescient personnel navigate visa requirements (for India, the UK, the US and Europe)
- Ensuring compliance with Prescient’s Global Travel Policy
- Working to US time zones in shifts to cover our teams’ travel needs (Prescient provides employees the flexibility to work from home)

Required Experience and Skills:

- 8-10 years of experience in a travel company is mandatory
- Good written and spoken English skills
- Self-motivated, resourceful and a quick learner
- Proficient in handling global ticketing needs (should have hands on experience in managing UK/US/Europe ticketing/hotel booking/itineraries)
- Strong experience of international routing and in working in corporate and executive travel
- Sound knowledge of travel websites and online travel/ticketing portals
