- **Site Inspection**:Regularly inspect job sites to identify and mitigate potential safety hazards and ensure compliance with design specifications.
- **Team Supervision**: Oversee and instruct the design and construction teams, including subcontractors, to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to design plans.
- **Safety Regulation Education**: Train site workers on safety regulations specific to interior design projects and accident protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
- **Safety Rule Enforcement**: Implement and enforce site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries.
- **Accident Management**:Handle site accidents in accordance with established accident protocols to ensure proper response and documentation.
- **Employee Attendance Record Keeping**: Keep accurate records of worker attendance to monitor productivity and maintain project timelines.
- **Design Plan Analysis**:Analyze design plans to ensure that projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications.
- **Operational Improvement**:Suggest changes to operations or procedures to enhance efficiency and meet client needs.
- **Requirements**:_
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in interior design construction, with a minimum of 6-8 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
- Experience working on both commercial and residential interior design projects is essential.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Proficient in using construction management software and tools.
- Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to various project sites as required.
