**Job Title**: IT Recruiter
**Experience**: 8 months to 1 year
**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month
**Location**: Newtown, Kolkata

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand the requirements for open positions.
- Utilize various sourcing techniques, including job portals, social media, and networking, to attract the best talent.
- Provide support in the onboarding process for new hires.

**Requirements**:

- 8 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment (IT and/or Non-IT).
- Basic understanding of IT recruitment processes, technologies, and job roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sourcing and screening skills.
- Ability to handle multiple roles and deadlines effectively.
- Familiarity with various recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
