i. Business Management

a) Generating profit for the dealership

b) Plan and execute the maintenance schedule for the equipment

c) Plan and allocate repair and maintenance jobs for the team based on skill levels

ii. Operations Management

a) Providing estimates for servicing and repairs and setting time scales

b) Scheduling work to meet customer needs, considering workshop targets, the complexity of each job and the availability of parts

c) Monitor the technicians and provide technical advice, if needed.

d) Conduct staff performance and quality meetings

e) Conduct quality control

f) Consulting/objection handling of the customer

g) Special handling of repeat repairs and customer complaints to satisfy customers

iii. Manpower Management

a) Work on team building and team motivation

b) Supervision and development of manpower

c) Monthly review and Quarterly performance evaluation with the team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
