**Job Summary**:
The Quality Control Executive will be responsible for ensuring that all goods entering and leaving the warehouse meet company quality standards. This role involves inspecting incoming and outgoing inventory, identifying defects, maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and documenting quality checks to support operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inspect incoming goods**: Verify the quality and quantity of incoming materials, ensuring they match purchase orders and company quality standards.
- **Check outgoing shipments**: Ensure finished goods are correctly packed, labeled, and meet customer requirements before dispatch.
- **Conduct routine audits**: Perform regular quality checks on stored products to detect and report any damages, defects, or deviations.
- **Report & Document**: Maintain detailed records of inspections, non-conformance issues, corrective actions taken, and audit results.
- **Collaborate with teams**: Work closely with warehouse staff, procurement, and logistics teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- **Ensure compliance**: Adhere to quality standards, safety procedures, and legal regulations (ISO, GMP, etc., if applicable).
- **Maintain tools and equipment**: Ensure testing tools and equipment are calibrated and maintained properly.
- **Support continuous improvement**: Identify areas of improvement in warehouse quality processes and suggest enhancements.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Any Degree
- **Experience**: Fresher
- **Attention to detail** and strong analytical skills.
- **Basic computer proficiency** (MS Excel, inventory software, ERP systems).
- **Good communication skills** and ability to work collaboratively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
