Job Profile:
We are looking for Quality Control with 4+ years of experience in quality management with ability for attention to key areas and eagle eye analysis. The person/s must be efficient, task oriented and ready to take responsibilities with ability to learn and keep themselves updated with cutting edge tools and technologies. You’ll be enthusiastic with a positive attitude, dedication and willingness to work hard.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring implementation and maintenance of key standards and guidelines.
- Gaining an understanding of the client's needs and requirements and communicating them and the quality standards to the production teams.
- Devising ways to improve the quality and ensure quality delivering of the projects.
- Devising, improving, and reviewing the processes and procedures for projects and training the team to use them.
- Ensuring legal obligations are followed and ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies and guidelines.
- Overseeing product development procedures to identify any deviations from quality standards.
- Inspecting the final output, comparing it to the requirements, and approving or rejecting the final product.
- Solicit feedback from clients to assess whether their requirements are met
- Keeping accurate documentation and performing statistical analysis.
- Gaining feedback from the clients, attending meetings, submitting reports and assisting external auditors and inspectors.
- Reporting back to top management on performance metrics and output data.
Key Skills
- 4+ years of experience in quality management
- In-depth knowledge of quality control procedures and relevant legal standards.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to summarize information and communicate effectively
- Project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Broad knowledge of the company’s operation and its required QMS
- Certification of quality control is a strong advantage
**Salary**: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
