**Product Packaging Material Inventory Executive**

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate records of packaging material stock levels and ensure optimal inventory levels are maintained.
- Monitor packaging material usage and forecast requirements to facilitate timely ordering and replenishment.
- Coordinate with suppliers to place orders for packaging materials as per requirements.
- Receive incoming packaging materials, verify quantities, and record inward transactions in the designated software system.
- Prepare and organise packaging materials for outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation.
- Manage the repacking process for returned products, ensuring adherence to quality standards and efficient utilisation of resources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimisation in packaging material management.
- Utilise computer systems and ERP software to generate reports, analyze inventory data, and streamline inventory management processes.
- Conduct regular audits of packaging material inventory to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions as necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in any field, Logistics, Inventory Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3 to 4 years) in inventory management, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
- Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external suppliers.
- Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities to identify root causes and implement solutions.
- Knowledge of packaging materials and their characteristics is a plus.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to packaging materials is desirable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
