**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven **Telesales Executive** to join our growing team. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for generating sales over the phone, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth by building strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
- Understand customer needs and pitch relevant products or services effectively.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in CRM systems.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Handle objections and close sales.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to improve the sales process.

Pay: Up to ₹28,538.78 per month
