**Job Summary**:
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused TeleSales Executive to join our Finance Service Provider team. As a TeleSales Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers and prospects, resolving queries, and providing excellent customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals.
- Update customer information accurately in the system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the supervisor.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to compliance guidelines.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Any Degree.
- **Experience**: 0-1 years in a similar role; Banking/Telecalling experience is an advantage.
- **Language Proficiency**: Good verbal communication skills in [local language] like English and Tamil.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
- Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
