**ServiceNow Trainer/Coach Position**
**5-7pm EST working hours daily**
**10 hours per week/3 -4 months contract**

is seeking a ServiceNow Trainer and Coach.

You will be an expert contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle including training and mentoring Junior engineers.

You will be intensely involved in business process consulting; you will define the problem, propose, and create the solution.

You will also play an important role in the development, configuration, and deployment of the overall solution.

You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables, engineer training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope.

You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

**Qualifications**
- Familiarity with systems integration utilizing web services and other web-based technologies
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow components, such as Predictive Intelligence, Change Management, Service Catalog, Incident Management, Problem Management,

Release Management, CMDB, Knowledge Management, Self-Service Portal, etc.
- Experience in developing Analytics reports and dashboards
- Experience in performing and advising on change management
- Prior experience participating in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including analysis, design, coding, testing, and promotion into production
Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML
- Experience with relational databases, such as MySQL and Oracle
- Experience in creating widgets, record producers, variables, variable sets
- Good understanding of ACLs
- Experience in technical writing for requirements, design, testing, training, and project management documents
