Job Title: ServiceNow Architect – ITSMLocation: Hyderabad, IndiaExperience: 10+ yearsEmployment Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect with strong expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM) and enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading architecture, design, and delivery of ServiceNow solutions in large, complex environments.Key Responsibilities- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Knowledge, etc.).- Define and enforce best practices, governance, and design standards across the ServiceNow platform.- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable and sustainable solutions.- Drive integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems (REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Server).- Mentor and guide development teams in implementing custom applications, workflows, and automation.- Ensure platform scalability, performance, and security compliance.Required Skills & Experience- 10+ years of overall IT experience, with 6+ years focused on ServiceNow.- Hands-on expertise with ITSM modules and working knowledge of ITOM, CMDB, CSDM.- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, UI Policies, Business Rules, and Catalog development.- Proven experience in ServiceNow Integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).- Deep understanding of ITIL framework and its implementation on ServiceNow.- Ability to lead client workshops, design discussions, and architecture reviews.- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Qualifications- ServiceNow Certifications: CSA, CAD, CIS (ITSM/ITOM/CMDB), CTA.- Experience with additional modules like HRSD, CSM, SAM, HAM, SecOps is a plus.- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and DevOps tools.What We Offer- Competitive salary & performance-based bonuses.- Opportunity to work on global-scale ServiceNow projects.- Professional growth through certifications, trainings, and challenging assignments.- Hybrid work flexibility (Hyderabad office base).How to Apply:Send your updated CV to
