Job Title: ServiceNow Architect – ITSM Location: Hyderabad, India Experience: 10+ years Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect with strong expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM) and enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading architecture, design, and delivery of ServiceNow solutions in large, complex environments. Key Responsibilities - Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Knowledge, etc.). - Define and enforce best practices, governance, and design standards across the ServiceNow platform. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable and sustainable solutions. - Drive integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems (REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Server). - Mentor and guide development teams in implementing custom applications, workflows, and automation. - Ensure platform scalability, performance, and security compliance. Required Skills & Experience - 10+ years of overall IT experience, with 6+ years focused on ServiceNow. - Hands-on expertise with ITSM modules and working knowledge of ITOM, CMDB, CSDM. - Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, UI Policies, Business Rules, and Catalog development. - Proven experience in ServiceNow Integrations (REST/SOAP APIs). - Deep understanding of ITIL framework and its implementation on ServiceNow. - Ability to lead client workshops, design discussions, and architecture reviews. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications - ServiceNow Certifications: CSA, CAD, CIS (ITSM/ITOM/CMDB), CTA. - Experience with additional modules like HRSD, CSM, SAM, HAM, SecOps is a plus. - Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and DevOps tools.
