**Working Hours**: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
**Working Days**: Monday to Saturday
**Salary**: 15%-20% hike on last drawn salary, based on experience and performance
**Experience**: Minimum 2 years of experience in academic counseling

**Role Overview**:
We are seeking an experienced _Academic Counsellor_ to help guide students in making informed decisions about their career paths and academic goals. You will play a vital role in converting leads into admissions by providing accurate information and building strong rapport with potential students.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, career opportunities, and enrollment procedures.
- Follow up on leads generated through various marketing campaigns and walk-ins.
- Assist in admission processes and documentation.
- Maintain student records and provide timely updates to the management.
- Ensure high conversion rates by effectively explaining the benefits of the institute’s courses.
- Work closely with the academic and marketing teams for coordinated outreach.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in academic counseling or student advisory roles.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bengali (both spoken and written).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a student-friendly approach.
- Ability to handle queries and guide students professionally and empathetically.
- Target-oriented mindset with a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Compensation**:

- Salary: _15%-20% hike_ on last drawn salary, based on experience and performance.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
