We’re looking for a dynamic **Female Tele Counsellor** to join our team Your role is to drive sales growth by connecting with existing and potential customers, handling queries, and promoting our products and services over calls.

**Responsibilities**:

- Call existing and potential customers to promote products/services.
- Answer queries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain and update customer records.
- Process orders and record call details professionally.
- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable solutions.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification Bachelor's degree.
- Prior experience as a Tele caller/Telemarketer preferred of 2 to 5 years is must.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and customer service abilities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Academic counseling: 2 years (required)

**Location**:

- Doranda, Ranchi, Jharkhand (required)
