Job Description –

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls
  • following up on inquiries and databases.
  • Previous experience in counseling, customer service, tele sales, or HR is beneficial.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Provide telephonic counseling services to clients
  • To collect feedback from the companies to set industry based curriculum and better placements.
  • Converting inquiries into admissions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22, ₹27,000.00 per month
