**Work Experience
***Manual/Hybrid Tester**:
Responsibilities:

- Design and develop functional and regression test cases
- 3+ years of experience in Product Sustenance & Design Verification & Validation
- Analyze and understand the assigned test cases
- Perform dry run of the test cases and identify the gaps / issues.
- Update the test cases for the dry run observations
- Develop test cases for new approved requirements / use cases
- Dry run the test cases and update for comments
- Get all the test cases (updated and new) reviewed and Update for review comments.
- Follow up and get the test cases approved in HP-ALM.
- Perform formal execution of the test cases (updated and new) in HP-ALM complying to GDP and collect objective evidences.
- Perform Peer Test results review, get the results reviewed by Stakeholders, route and get them approved.
- In case of any failures in formal, perform regression test execution and get the results approved.
- Tracking of issues to closure
- Supporting project team in any assigned activities such as Test Device Periodic Maintenance, Test Device Servicing etc., The activities include but not limited to:

- Test Case Updates / development
- Test plan and report preparation

Interact with automation lead to develop and refine automated tests
- Adherence to committed milestones by completing the assigned activities as planned, proactively highlighting dependencies & risks for assigned activities
- Drive reviews with stakeholders and ensure closure of all comments/gaps/non-compliances
- Communicate test results and issues to stakeholders periodically
- Adhere to agreed agile/scrum practices, deliverables and ceremonies and usage of agile tools on a daily basis

Requisite Skills:

- Lead: 6-9 years of experience in software product development and/or test automation
- Test Engineers: 3-5 years of experience in software product development and/or test automation
- 5+ years of experience in Design Verification
- Possess good debugging skills to discover causes of test failures and environment issues
- Good understanding of SDLC
- Experience working in agile model and good knowledge of JIRA
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Quick learner and self-starter, able to work on multiple simultaneous tasks with limited supervision
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in Healthcare domain, especially in MedTech organizations
- Worked with UR5e or similar series of robotic arm.

Background/Experience:
Bachelors in Computer Science / Software Engineering / Information Technology or a related specialization with 6-9 years of related work experience (Lead Engineer) and 3-5yrs of related work experience (Test Engineers)
