- 3-4 years of proven experience as a QA Manual Tester in a software development environment.
- Strong understanding of manual testing concepts, techniques, and methodologies.
- Proficiency in creating test plans, test cases, and test reports.
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools such as JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Identify, document, and track software defects and work closely with the development team to resolve issues.

- Participate in requirement analysis and provide feedback to improve product quality and user experience.
- Create and maintain test documentation including test plans, test cases, and test reports.
- Perform regression testing to validate software changes and ensure backward compatibility.
- Conduct exploratory testing to uncover potential issues and provide valuable insights.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, testing methodologies, and emerging technologies.
- Actively participate in team meetings, discussions, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies.
- Demonstrate effective communication skills by reporting test results, progress, and risks to the respective teams, as well as providing valuable insights and recommendations for quality enhancement.
