
Sales Officer- Dsa Vertical

Work closely with corporate channel partners (Corporate DSAs) to drive sales by managing strong working relationships
- Conduct personal discussions with prospective clients and build a strong business case
- Aggressively drive the sales numbers and achieve the business targets for Unsecured Business Loan and LAP
- Constantly assess the DSA network for effectiveness and drive operational efficiencies to achieve business objectives
- Take ownership by liaising with internal/external stakeholders to ensure that the files are processed in optimal time right from the login stage till disbursement
- Manage customer queries during the onboarding process
- Ensure high-quality customer service
- Optimize DSA productivity by effectively managing the DSA team to align them with the business targets
- Keep the DSA team abreast of our latest policy through effective communication and training programs
- Adopt Sales automation tools and effectively implement the same with the DSA teams
- Develop an ability to plan and execute an effective long-term sales growth plan
- Constantly keep abreast of market trends and competitor intelligence so as to build and develop effective sales and marketing strategies
- Use understanding of the markets/competition/process and products available in the markets to provide feedback to the central product and policy team to stay ahead in the market
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and internal policies and processes
- Provide data for and compile periodic MIS reports assessing business productivity and efficiency
- Coordinate and liaise with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely channel pay-outs
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
