**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Mocktail & Milkshake Creation and Preparation**:

- Design and prepare a variety of non-alcoholic mocktails and milkshakes with a focus on flavor balance, presentation, and innovation.
- Experiment with fresh fruits, syrups, dairy, plant-based milks, and other ingredients to create unique and refreshing beverages.
- Ensure consistent quality and taste for all mocktails and milkshakes.
- **Customer Interaction & Service**:

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in choosing drinks based on their preferences.
- Provide detailed explanations of ingredients and preparation methods for each mocktail or milkshake.
- Customize drinks to meet dietary preferences or restrictions (e.g., vegan, dairy-free, low-sugar).
- **Presentation & Garnishing**:

- Pay attention to the visual appeal of mocktails and milkshakes, including the use of unique glassware, garnishes, and decorative elements.
- Enhance the customer experience with creative presentations for both traditional and new drink offerings.
- **Quality Control & Consistency**:

- Maintain consistency in taste, texture, and appearance of all drinks.
- Use the highest quality ingredients and ensure proper storage and handling of perishable items.
- Regularly check inventory to ensure that fresh ingredients (fruits, milk, syrups, etc.) are available.
- **Health & Safety Compliance**:

- Follow all health, hygiene, and safety regulations regarding the handling of food and beverages.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the beverage preparation area at all times.
- **Innovation & Menu Development**:

- Stay up-to-date with trends in non-alcoholic beverages and milkshakes, contributing to new drink ideas and seasonal menu updates.
- Collaborate with the team to develop creative mocktail and milkshake recipes that reflect the brand's identity.
- **Teamwork**:

- Work effectively with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Assist with training and mentoring junior staff on the preparation of mocktails and milkshakes.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Mixologist, Barista, or in a similar role, with a focus on non-alcoholic beverages.
- Strong knowledge of mocktail and milkshake ingredients, flavor combinations, and preparation techniques.
- Creative, with an eye for presentation and a passion for crafting unique beverages.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Formal training in mixology or beverage preparation.
- Familiarity with plant-based or alternative ingredients (e.g., almond milk, oat milk, dairy-free options).
- Experience in menu development or beverage innovation.

**Working Conditions**:

- Work in a lively, customer-facing environment.
- Ability to stand for long periods and handle equipment such as blenders and mixers.
- Ensure the cleanliness of the work area throughout shifts.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹55,000.00 per month
