Head Mixologist

We are looking for a Head Mixologist who is ready to take charge of our beverage program and craft exceptional drinking experiences for our guests. If you're passionate about mixology, thrive in fast-paced environments, and enjoy leading and innovating, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Beverage Program Leadership

Create and execute an outstanding beverage program — from stock selection and menu design to final presentation

Develop custom drink menus for cocktail receptions, weddings, banquets, and special events based on client preferences and budgets

Bar Operations & Team Management

Lead day-to-day bar operations across the brand

Hire, train, and supervise bartenders, servers, and bar staff

Review and approve new recipes to ensure consistency with brand standards

Innovation & Training

Create unique cocktails and mocktails, refresh beverage offerings regularly

Stay up-to-date on industry trends, ingredients, and techniques

Train and educate staff on new products and customer service best practices

Supplier & Inventory Management

Maintain strong relationships with liquor vendors and ensure adequate supply

Oversee inventory of alcoholic and non-alcoholic ingredients

Monitor product usage and minimize wastage

Event & Compliance Coordination

Collaborate with event planners and F&B teams to ensure seamless food and beverage service

Ensure compliance with alcohol regulations and responsible service standards

Take dietary requirements into account during menu planning (e.g., gluten-free, vegan, etc.)

What We're Looking For:

Deep knowledge of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages

Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Creativity and passion for mixology and beverage innovation

Knowledge of bar compliance, alcohol regulations, and hospitality trends

Ability to lead, delegate, and inspire a team
